Sign up online

Create an account with your email, phone, and ID number. Pick your tier (Smart or Premium). Pay your first month's rent with credit card, mada, or SADAD. For business accounts, add your CR and VAT details for compliant invoicing. No deposit. No long contract. Total time: under 10 minutes.

Get smart-lock access

Download the Cubic app or use the web portal. Your unit's smart lock is activated automatically — your phone is your key for the gate, elevator, and your specific unit. For business accounts, you can issue access codes to team members and revoke them anytime.

Move in, anytime

Drive up to our loading docks, grab a free trolley, take the freight elevator. Move in at 3am if you want — we're open 24/7. Need help? Premium-tier customers get loading assistance, and we partner with vetted moving companies for everyone else.

How fast can I move in? Same day in most cases. Complete signup online and you can drive to the facility right after — your unit's smart lock will already be active.
Can I change unit size later? Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime through your dashboard. If you outgrow your unit, we'll help you transfer to a larger one. No fees, no fuss.
What if I lose my phone? Log in from any device to disable the lost phone's access and re-activate access from a new one. Or call us — we can verify your identity and reset access quickly.
How do I cancel? From your dashboard, click cancel, give us 14 days notice, empty the unit by your last day. No early-termination fees. No surprise charges.
